nfsw plates problem

ok, i got top-up and got a Austin martian (db9) i got the vynals i can play around with now... i know there 2 plates, i think they in gifts, how do you get to gifts though if the one in game ( clicking on my store ) doesn't work?

License plates will be $0 in the aftermarket store, same as the neons would be $0 in the aftermarket area.
