fixed rims and new patch today

yea... was pretty funny looking through the car dealer and finding out about 30is cars had no wheels... and i guess all the igc wheels in aftermarket didn't show for any car yesterday for some

The Reason why its that size is because, how they made the patch its lazy coding is all even with a tiny fix they will re-release the same size patch with few new coding lines instead of small patch ( aka lazy mans patching )
