I don't know why they did this. Don't Sony want PS4 sales? Still I'm not complaining tool much as I will get the game sooner

They want to make money and there largest base of players is PS3. As PS2 is now done those (me) people will migrate to PS3 for the deep pocket discount on a system that comes when PS4 hits the streets. Knowing that not everyong is going to jump on a PS4 (unknown $$$) its smart for them to keep their main group happy or risk losing it all to Xbox.
