Community Spotlight: Stacy, AKA as STACECAKEX

It's been a few weeks but the Community Spotlight is back and here to stay. This week we've got a very special spotlight for the community. Please allow me to introduce Stacy whom I'm very glad got in touch with me so I could have the privilege of featuring her on the spotlight!

Tell us about yourself
Hi, I'm Stacy, AKA as STACECAKEX. I am half Dutch half Swedish, and neither of the countries are doing good in the Europe cup football. When I was 3 I moved from Sweden to Holland, when I was 6 sadly my parents died in a car accident, and thanks to that I can’t speak right now. I got put into a family and I am still living with them now, I am 17 years old and I have cancer. The Doctors said I don’t have too long to live. I also like doing sports, gaming and to play music! I used to play in a band but that ended up as just friends making music. I finally finished all my exams in school and I did really well! And I’m proud of myself for doing this. Also my Brother and my best friend Liz keep helping me with everything!

How long have you been playing NFSW?
I have been playing NFSW for ages, pretty much when it came out I was on there like a drug addict. I remember the TE coming in and we were driving there with 4 of us and there were no cops to be found!

What's your favorite car(s) in NFSW?
My favorite car in NFSW is and will be the GTS, I just love driving it around and it goes fast too! Another car I really love a lot is my Carrera S Snowflake edition which I got of my boyfriend. (THANKS BABE <3)

Your most memorable experience in the game?
The most memorable experience in the game... well there’s just to many...I think the most memorable thing is that my boyfriend was in the group with me and my crew and one of our crew member said "what’s that on the side of ur head?" so my boyfriend Rohan replied with 'EAR' then my crew member said "and what is that little thing down there?" and he replied with 'nose!' since then every time he says nose we all burst out laughing again

What do you like most about NFSW?
What do I like most about NFSW? Oh that’s so easy to answer, I like the fact that you can add people, race with them; u can join a group with them and on top of it all, you can use voice! Which makes me smile a lot cause I like to listen to people talking.

What other console or online games do you play?
I play on the WII and PS2 here at home, and at the XBOX at my friend’s house, I also used to play Battlefield Play4Free, but as my laptop broke one day I can’t play it anymore as my pc is to slow for it

Favorite Ice Cream Flavor?
My favorite ice cream flavor, that’s a hard one, when I was younger, my care family used to take us to "Epe" in the Netherlands, and near there, There’s a place called Vaassen, and there is this Ice cream shop and they sell "bos-bessen ijs" I really am addicted to that, but if no one here knows it, I also like Ben and Jerry's!

What song or music do you rock out to while playing NFSW?
I don’t really listen to music while playing NFSW as I am most of the time in a group I got voice chat 100% all the other sounds 10% and music I have off, but my car volume is at 25% cause I love to listen to my car, gets me into the game more. Other music I love listening too outside of NFSW are Hardstyle and some Metal or Rock or even screamo as some people will call it, my FAV DJ's are of course the Dutch DJ's like HEADHUNTERZ and S-te-fan & D-block my FAV bands are Mayday Parade, Three Days Grace, Suicide Silence and Secondhand Serenade.

When you’re not playing NFSW, what else are you up to?
If I'm not in bed sleeping I am probably watching TV, Playing guitar, or socializing with my friends in town! I also like to drive around in my Mazda 6!

If you were a wrestler what would your theme/entrance music be?
Me being a wrestler wouldn't be fair, cause I am to fast so I'd just run around in circles as I got a lot of stamina but I think my Music would be "My time of Dying - Three Days Grace"

You all know about Stacy in the community spotlight, right? Well, it's been found that she didn't pull through the cancer she had.

A memorial thread was established on the EA forums and is being contributed to by the community.

Someone has posted a pic of someone in the game and it has me fired up. Here's why? A lowlife, piece of shit decided to create a driver by the name of 'STACYISDEADLOL'. I reported that images to Drew in all hopes he will look at it and do something about that driver in the photo. I really hope he replies back to me. I also want to ask all of you to help report this too. Seriously, abusing the game is one thing, but this goes personal. And yes, a big deal should be made of it. It's confirmed that the dev team will be adding a commemorative item in game to show their support. And it will not be for sale.

And when he says they are working on something into the game, which will not be for sale, that means there will be a billboard or something for people to go to and remember here, not an item you can choose to have on your car, at least this is how I see it from a business point of view.
