performance parts won't work

I have a T2 Nissan skyline GT-R-V-SPEC (R34) I have parts installed in the car but lately I figured out that the parts are not working

my car rating is : 532/510/484

yet the maximum speed is 191 (if I activated a nitro. and a single shot at the same time I might hit 198)

what made me sure that the parts are not working is: I saw a player has the same car as me but his rating is lower than me (503 on the top speed) yet he was able to hit 211 mph without any power ups

so what I am supposed to do ????

Ok couple thought on it. First make sure your damage is meter is not depleted. If it is spend the cash to fix the car. If it is fully damaged the car parts make no difference at all.

Next you have driver levels that make a big difference. With the higher levels the "Need for Speed" skill point can enhance the speed of the car.

Next the overall on the car counts. Just because you have a higher top speed rating does not mean that he can't match or beat you. The Acceleration rating can also help to boost top speed of the car. Look at the 3 stats to compare and even the overall stat to see how it stands.

Then last but not least there is always the possibility the other player was using a speed trainer. I do not remember the top speed of my R34 right now, but I don't think it can hit 211mpg without powerups. Most of my cars are very well/pro parted cars. I will have to check on that one.

I would say hands down the BMW M3 is still one of the best cars. It is the best for IGC. The Viper is not anywhere near how it should perform. Looks good but that is about it.
