Tuners are most the JDM cars, as NFSCarbon presented it, and Tuner is the most of visual-spoilers, wings, kits etc. (non-vinyls or paint, just body-parts)

Even my friend says that BMWs are Euro Tuners. But I claimed about the M3 E92 as exotic, but he still says it's a tuner too. but he forgot the M1 being an exotic
