Looking to set up Dedicated game nights

Since we play a number of different games I am considering setting up a schedule for dedicated nights that are for specific games most played.

This does not mean you have to play that game, but does give you an idea of a schedule that could help us to enjoy our community a bit more.

Games like NFSW, GRO, Firefall, Warframe, Smash Da Gas, Trackmania, etc. the big games and most F2P.

What are your thoughts on this idea, what games do you play the most, and would you be interested in this idea?

I would like that TM Nations 4Ever and Stadium Beta will be in it, cause those are the F2P games of the TM title, and its the easiest way to connect to those and go to race, just race, no powerups, or ramming, just pure skill of driving and stunts

Yeah and they are all available on steam now so its a bit easier to set up than before.

It's a great idea, since the community doesn't really play together all that much (we're all playing different games than each other most of the time), so I think this will get people playing together more often.

As for me, i'll be starting an apprenticeship to become and Electrician in the coming weeks, so i'll be somewhat busy during the week. Weekends may be the only time i'll have to play, but i'm not sure about that yet.

That said, I haven't really been playing anything except Pokemon Black and White 2. These two are pretty good compared the Black and White.

Since I just got rid of Windows XP Pro and got Windows 7 Ultimate, I was thinking of getting NFSMW and BO2. I sort of got bored of Firefall and GRO.



I also tried Planetside 2. I do like it, but it's very hard to grasp, as it's very fast-paced, maybe too fast-paced.

Well yes GRO can get boring if you play it to much (daily) so its always good to break it up. For Firefall everyone is just waiting on a big patch with a lot more content released so I am sure we will be enjoying it more when there is stuff.

Anyway good to hear on the Electrician thing and once you get it figured with your schedule just let us know.

Love the idea. This will almost eliminate the question "When are you guys going to get your arse in NFSW lawl"

I'm more than up for this. Almost felt like I've been letting you guys down for not being here as much as I'd like to be - working hours have been.. lets just say not great.

On a side note, I'm now finding NFSW much more stable. Was flicking between cars all over the place earlier so most definitely GAME ON!!

I'm all for the idea. I think it's about time I start gaming with you guys again.

love the schedule idea, sometimes you're in nfsw, and everyone else is in firefall, so it would be nice to have an idea of whos where and when, probably a good idea (if we're doing this) to put on the portal page or ressurect the calendar? Just some suggestions

Also we could have dedicated console nights for console users, e. g. Monday ps3, Tuesday: Xbox 360, Wednesday wii u etc.
We could also decide what games to play each week within that consoles forum area. Sounds like a great idea as I have many NOGers on psn, but we are often not playing the same game/offline at the same time.
We should have PC and console schedules running parallel times. We will also need to combat time zone issues.

It would make playing together infinitely easier and more convenient.

I'd like to do that... right now I just jump on GRO when I have a spare 30 min because my schedule now through June will most likely be all over the place. But it would be good to know what and when others are doing. I feel a little bad when a clansmen shows up on GRO and I have to deny the fireteam request because I'm just sneaking in a match.
