Thinking about getting GW2 Empty Thinking about getting GW2

Hey guys, so it's almost my birthday, turning 15, and am thinking about getting GW2. How birthdays have worked for me since I've been a teenager is I get around a $100 limit from my parents and get to buy whatever I want as a present(s). As some of you know, my dad is big into Guild Wars and Guild Wars 2. Well I was thinking of buying myself GW2 and getting the Logitech G13 Gameboard.

2 questions:
1st is should I get GW2?
2nd should I get the G13 gameboard? I've done some research and I find this to be the best of the best. It's on sale on newegg for 60 bucks right now. http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16823126050

BTW, if I did get GW2, would love to go hang out with MetalDragon. Cool
