The Shelby GT500 Super Snake was meant to be a drag car! It’s an amazing muscle car, which is why the Need for Speed World Cars team chose it to be one of the two first drag cars available with the release Drag Mode.

Ford Shelby GT500 Super Snake “Pro Stock” Drag Edition sports a 750hp supercharged V8 motor as stock, you can be sure that the power has been turned up for trips down the strip! It has a widened track in order to allow the car to sit lower, and have greater stability when running down the strip.

The front splitter is reinforced and designed to hold the nose to the ground, and prevent lift off on launch. The stock spoiler has been traded for a fitted, high down force rear lip spoiler to act as a gurney flap to push the rear end down at speed. At the rear you will find a wheelie bar, and a drag parachute, just in case!

This no nonsense drag car starts out with a familiar stripe package, with sponsor decals adorning the body. There are no neon’s and other cosmetics but there is a exclusive license plate reads: My Pony.

It will also feature a drag specific skill mod that you can only get with Drag specific cars! The Ford Shelby GT500 Super Snake “Pro Stock” Drag Edition will be available in the Car Dealer as soon as Drag mode is released.
