IGC cars are great, but like i said before and will say it agian they need more more more other cars in nfs world like 300zx, old school supra, old school mr2, old shool mx5 miata, noble m600, chevy nova, 67 shelby gt500 "ELEANOR"<< i'd love to own that car in game...

I'd like to see Lexus LFA as IGC, if there is no chance to get it as IGC, i'll pay Boost for it but not now. I am waiting for car classes first.

I really think they should be doing just as Daxtron had said, to release all the SB cars for IGC and just remove all parts it comes with, or weaker parts, and and aftermarket, skill mods. What I am hoping for is a Mustang Boss 302 (T3) and/or the RTR-X to come as IGC. If they do release all of Daxtron's listed cars, they would do it over a period of time.

Umm, it IS what they'll be doing. Eventually, there will be 2 versions released of each car - one for boost that will have parts already on it, and one completely stock that you'll need to beef up with your own parts. To quote from the notes about car classes..

One of the most significant changes we’re making to cars is that we’re going to make most base versions of cars available for in-game cash. To be clear, the base versions are just the cars; they will not come with any performance parts, Skill Mods or visual parts. The selection of in-game cash cars will change every fortnight (two weeks) as we retire and add cars. The number of cars that will be retired / added will not be fixed; instead it will vary from update to update. In a nutshell, you’ll see more cash cars more often!

Sure, some cars may never be released for IGC, but since they say "we're going to make most base versions of cars available for in-game cash..." it's a good bet it'll be a nice long list, unlike the current one.

I'm glad they are doing things this way, but it seems like they would lose money. If you have a multi-million $$$ IGC account, it would be cheaper just to buy the cars IGC and then put parts on it. Only the really good cars comes with Race Tuned parts, and now street tuned parts will be IGC as well. I can't wait. I'll only get boost for bodykits

Well it gets even better for the higher level players, because being level 50 will actually mean something again - parts/skills drop rates will be much higher so the chance of buying an IGC car, then having ultra parts to throw at it will be more and more likely.
