And there won't be a story in the Game ?
I mean , it's pretty cool to become Most Wanted of your Friends .
But if that's the only thing the game is about , it's kinda boring
btw , looks amazing

Probably there is a storyline. I remember they said about 10 Blacklist racers.xShivoo wrote:And there won't be a story in the Game ?

Re: About the Game
I don't know how much story there will be or will it be like HP was and just have cut scenes going into races. I assume there will some story line as it seems to be the way all games are headed these days.
Re: About the Game
Looks great but I think if Criterion was given more time I think they could have thrown in more good stuff like a storyline.
Re: About the Game
The more details I read the more I am coming to understand that I see as a multiplayer game only. From what I see and read I do not believe there will be any sort of SP mode in this game. So this is basically going to be for the high end game player. This will be the NFSW some have been wanting for a long time. It eliminates the people who do not/cannot pay, the people with low end computers/graphics, will be secured on a better server than NFSW, will have anti-cheat installed as it will most definitely be locked into Origin.
I have the Laptop to play this game no questions at all, but my PC falls short in the GPU. I will not spend $200+ to get an upgraded graphics card for this game, so if I get it I will be limited to my Laptop like some others are. It is a big IF I get it.

Re: About the Game
Yea, thanks for saying that Dan because if u think its not worth me paying $230 for a new processor for this game only, then i wont do it, am just so mad they made the requirements that harsh, am buying Dirt 3 today so i hope i can not be as bored as i have been for the last 3 days because no one is on NFSW and everyone else is playing games i dont have or have no interest in.
Re: About the Game
I have been on NFSW all week
Don't go spending money to upgrade for this game. I don't think it is worth it.

Re: About the Game
See what am looking at is, if i wanted to spend that much money, well lets see here, $52 for the game, $200 for a sandy bringe i5 and i would have to get a new motherboard too so like around $350, mite as well get a PS3 and get Grand Turismo 5.DogManDan wrote:I have been on NFSW all week

Re: About the Game
Not a bad idea when you look at the numbers. I know more games are going to demand more in terms of hardware and that is OK, but knowing the recent history of EA/ NFS series I don't think it would justify upgrading. I think also EA is once again forgetting their core playerbase is not the same type of men/women who play real simulation games and/or FPS games. Most are in the teens to low 20's and not with a huge amount of cash in their pockets.
Re: About the Game
Yea i mean i have played NFS since i was 3 and before that i would watch my Dad play, Need For Speed's age market is people between 10 and 20 and if u want 10 and 20 year olds to play the game then they need a little bit less specs, as some of u know, am a business guy and am going to become an accountant and CFO when i get older, with a business u need to make your market happy to make revenue, the market is 10 - 20 year olds, if they were smart, they would go and get a survey done of what specs do people the age of 10 to 20, but of course, EA is not smart, i mean people voted on The Consumerist that EA is the worst company.DogManDan wrote:Not a bad idea when you look at the numbers.
