Tuning Guide Empty Tuning Guide

Post by COLTSDUDE1000 Thu Mar 29, 2012 2:44 pm

Hey, as some of u guys know, the person who posted the tuning guide on World garage is gone and at least me and NFSKJG have been lost on how to tune our cars, but after doing an half hour of searching i found one thats even better than the one on World Garage, it gives u more than one way to tune it properly plus its a actually website, most cars will give u the option to tune it as a Highway Racer, as a Road Runner, as a Balanced tune, and Drift/Rally tune, there's is even more like TE killer and the guy who made the sites personal setup so i found this guide very helpful especially for my 911 GT3 RS I just got, here is the link to the site: http://nfswteamexotica.com/bones_tuning_guide/index.html START TUNING!!!

And also, Dan if u think this post is worthy of a sticky that would be great!

Been using that guide. Screwed up my GT3 RS with it by following the rally setup. Should have stayed with Highway:( Otherwise, it is a very good guide and I saved it a while ago to my bookmarks.

Who needs a guide?

Everyone knows that tuning your car is really the same no matter how you do it Smile

Always part for Acceleration, then handling, then top speed.

Use of Ventura, Velicom, & Gromlin parts will get you the best setup as possible

Engine - 7, 13 (Gromlin 9,9 is exceptable alternative)
Induction - 7,9
Transmission - 7, 13, 4 (Ursa 13, 7, 4 is acceptable only if you have the 7, 13 engine to offset)
Suspension - 4, 7, 13
Brakes - 0, 0, 13
Tires - 4, 7, 9 (Gromlin if the car handles good already, then take the accel)
Tires - 4, 4, 13 ( if you need a bit more handling and don't mind loosing the best top speed)

So now you know the ultimate tune

IMO tuning guides are bull. Why?

I mean, really? Do you REALLY think the devs actually are willing to do the work for what parts make what effects? If they aren't willing to add a anti cheat, why would they do this?

No really, think about it! Neutral

Like a red suspension on a friggin GTR e46. I put a pro sport red on it and totally ruined it. Now I need to farm for another blue suspension (which worked best IMO)
