apparently the DLC for GT5 is on delay untill the 25 same day as BF3 releases ... Sony Twitter says sorry for the inconvenience, but we hope you will enjoy a special gift when the DLC finally comes out what does sony and Polyphony have in there magic hat ...... this is the rumor and apperintly the special bonus is for them slipping up here in the U.S. the dlc is out in asia right now and exspected to hit the U.K within hours

Update in this situation is the head producer of GT5 over in japan(Kaz_Yamauchi) was not aware that Sony(US) was putting this dlc on hold something is messed up

We are confirming that the Gran Turismo 5 DLC update will be available to download on 10/25. We apologize for the delay in the content however as a gift to our eager fans we are offering free bonus content. For those who purchase the “Complete Pack” by November 7, we will throw in a unique GT Academy dynamic theme as well the Honda NSX GT500 Stealth Model. Just to be clear, both the dynamic theme and the car are free with purchase of the Complete Pack. Regarding the DLC usage for multiple accounts, e’re planning an another update for GT5 in December. In that update users who purchased cars and tracks from the DLC already, can receive a free “family upgrade” in the PS Store, which will let all users in the same PS console use the DLC.

And though we looked into this, unfortunately there’s no solution for crossing multiple regions.

I’m sorry, but we have to ask you to match the region of your disc and your PSN account setting.

People who bought the DLC cars will have those cars added to the dealers in the December update.

After this December update you can purchase a second car and so on from the dealer.

Kazunori Yamauchi also added that players who have purchased DLC can expect Christmas Present from the developer, however he further specified that they fans should keep their hope in check.
