ok so cars without any spoiler, all now have this perk of "No spoiler" so..... you get it for free if you had it before with no spoiler... and many other cars can now have no spoilers.... ehhhh.... more money for world... but least they gave them to us if we had none

Not quite sure why this is a facepalm moment - I'm pretty sure there are cars out there that are just dying to have their spoilers legitimately removed (S15 is one I'd do first!) so I'm pretty happy this has come in.

The only alternative would be to.. well for me there isn't an alternative!

I love this! They had no spoiler kits back before the new aftermarket system came but this is great that its back.

I've been waiting for this for a long time and I'm happy it's finally here. Of course it's a bit illogical to pay for something you remove but I never expected it to be free... In fact I really expected it to be more expensive than any other spoiler so 'only' 300 boost is a nice little surprise

Let me get this straight though, this only is for cars that have a stock spoiler on it, and not the ones we put spoilers on and than later remove correct?

right, this is only for the cars ( and it not all of them ) that have the stock spoiler pop up...

So far as I can see, this is what the intention is for. Cars like the Nissan S15, R34, Escort Cosworth, Lamborghini Countach, BMW M1 and such are now able to have their stock spoilers removed.

If you've already applied an alternative spoiler to the car & it comes with a stock spoiler, it'll effectively be like just changing the spoiler to a new design (although of course, it'll be removing it altogether).

As far as I'm aware, it's possible to add the "no spoiler" to cars that don't have one as stock, such as the Pontiac Firebird, Lamborghini Diablo and so on. Which is, I think you'll agree, rather odd.

Yes I agree this is odd. I personally think it still should be something done with IGC not boost, but EA must tip their dirty money hands into all of it.
