still missing many things in world

Here is a list of stuff that World is missing.
- Chat
- Crews
- Design Custom crew insignia
- Crew system hyarchy example. Crew leader, officer, member, on trial etc.
- Real Traffic which includes 18 wheeler, trailer hitch cars, big vehical's like trucks dumper trucks. Many
many other cars which never put in game and were in the files sitting there.
- Heat lvl 6 with Chopper Surveillance.
- More location to free roam
- Specialty Shops in free roam purchase unique customization for your car.
- Palmount's Car dealer, should show/preview on future cars coming to world.
- Actual Working Car wash in world.
- More Night cycle then day light ( Reason past Underground/Underground 2,
Most wanted and Carbon were all in Night time setting.
- More Game modes, Speed traps, Toll booth runs and more
- More Meeting places
- Weather effects, Rain and snow.
Most of all fans of the series wanted a mmo need for speed with full features but I guess they are "slow" at producing adding on to World.

I agree with everything here, especially chat (main social aspect), crews (more socially involved, more competitive), area (one of the most wanted features of a driving game is a vast world free to explore) and modes (Promoted with additional areas, additional game modes means more variety, leading to more fun and more competition).
A couple exceptions:
More night than day - I think it should be based on actuality.
Toll booth - Based on the modernness of the game as opposed to the original Most Wanted, I think checkpoint would better fit.

the chopper was at lvl 4 of the cops till lvl 6, includint lvl 5 and 6 it crashing you

Wouldn't it be cool if they added MANUAL gear shifts for non-drag events? Such as free roam, sprint, circuit, etc. Then with that, be able to be in 1st and drive like 5 mph or whatever like in real life, or neutral so it doesn't.

That or add a cruise control button to roll at X-mph continuously.
