please note I will be going through the clan list and any inactive members or low level member are subject to be removed at any time. I want an active clan and since the limit is 50 people as it grows some will be removed simply for not enough room.

He is on the EU server not the NA server so we will not be able to see him. Also Based on his location it would be best for him to stay on the EU side or his matches will be unplayable with the ping on NA.
