So I made a character on the PVP server but the league is on the PVE server, I made on the pvp cause I wanted to fight guys from the other faction, i have a question though

On PVE you can't attack the other faction but can you attack people from the same faction?

The simple answer is no. However on the PVE server you can actually get through the content of the game quicker and then we can do Raids together along with all entering the PVP server from within the Watchtower to rampage other players.
