if you can order it through steam you will have their game support and easier interaction with me on the friendslist...

Well the thing is its $20 bucks on Steam and only $14 which includes shipping on amazon and i only have to pay $5 anyways because i have $9 worth of amazon credits but if i knew about the steam sale i would of bought it their for sure. Damn it! It just went back up to $20! Will have to wait and see if the price goes back down again.
