Epic Bug

Ummmm... I think this was a bug. Otherwise my camino is the fastest car in the game.

No this was on high stakes. The guy I was racing with's Distance glitched and i got caught by the cops, and when i got out of being arrested, well, you can see what hapened.

sounds like the other guy may have been using a cheat and you got caught on the wrong side of it. Your speed is now recorded on everyones wall and they can report you for speed hacking, even though it was a glitch. So just be careful.
