Starter Kits Empty Starter Kits

So i bought a starter kit on the main driver "itsLilFerret" in NFS world, but i made a new driver (on the same account). Does the starter kit work on that driver as well? Or do i have to purchase another one for each driver?

The code is enabled for all drivers on the account. You will have a choice on the NFSW online web page to choose which driver to put the cars onto. The license plate can be found in the game but is only available 1 time.
