NOGCAR is coming this fall. Empty NOGCAR is coming this fall.

Many of you remember my cup race, it will be reborn this fall as NOGCAR, but this time it will also include other divisions. A Hot Pursuit division, a Shift 2 division, and of course the NFS World division. I hope to have a set of rule finalize by September for each division so stay tuned.
