DCUO League structure

It seems that the league is getting fairly active and as such I would like to get a set system put in place to be able to setup raids, deal with issues, and help those in need. Or anything that would be needed/wanted for the League itself.

Within the next few days I will be in TS putting together with others, what directions we should take the league. If we are going to continue to grow this will become necessarily to be able to deal with problems that could arise. Please feel free to post here any ideas that we could go over, because in the end the game is about you having fun, if you arn't involved and have an issue it could become a problem. So lets figure it out here or in TS.
